Peel Compton Foundation Welcomes Kathleen Coughlin as Director of Development 

The Peel Compton Foundation is excited to announce the appointment of Kathleen Coughlin as the new Director of Development. Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in development and program management, having previously served on the Development & Marketing Board Committee as part of the Foundation’s Board. 

Kathleen previously held the position of Vice President of Retail Social Commerce at New Engen, where her leadership enhanced operational efficiencies through innovative marketing strategies, social media, digital advertising, and e-commerce. Her expertise aligns seamlessly with the Foundation’s goals of fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship in Northwest Arkansas. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bella Vista POA.
