Description

Celebrate summer, freedom, and 250 years of the American story at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve during the 5th annual Paradise Found 5K Trail Run, presented by PepsiCo and Storm Energy.

Taking place just days after the Fourth of July during America’s 250th anniversary year, Paradise Found celebrates the freedom of movement. Running these trails is a reminder that access to community spaces and the ability to move through them are something worth celebrating. Runners will experience Coler’s world-class trails on foot, weaving through forested singletrack and scenic terrain before finishing at The Homestead.

Red, white, and blue are highly encouraged! Break out your most patriotic gear, costumes, or accessories. We’ll be awarding a prize for the best patriotic outfit, so have fun with it.

Awards:
All racers will receive a special-edition finisher medal and race t-shirt. Awards will be given out to the top overall runners, the top 3 in each age group, and the runner with the best patriotic outfit!

Pack Pick-Up

If you can’t make packet pick-up, you can have other participants pick up your packet for you.

Kid’s Fun Run

12 & under • $10 • No cost for parents to join their child!

The Kids Fun Run will be approximately 3/4 of a mile to 1 mile. Parents are welcome to join their kids for the run! The Kids Run will start after the 5K Race, aiming for an 8:30 AM start.

8-Week Training Program

Weekly Group Runs • 60–90 Minutes • All Levels Welcome • $125

This program is designed to help you build confidence, endurance, and trail skills so you can successfully complete the Paradise Found 5K trail run. We’ll meet once per week for 8 weeks, focusing on time on foot, trail-specific skills, and having fun outdoors. We will send you more information regarding the training program dates/details after you register!

Cost of training program includes race registration!

Parking

Your race bib, which is included in your packet, will be your parking pass for any Coler parking lots. Parking at the preserve is limited. Therefore, we highly encourage you to carpool the morning of the race. All parking lots are located approximately the same distance from the start line at The Homestead.
