Tour de Coler is a free weekly Tuesday group mountain bike ride at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Riders split by skill level and style. No registration required.
Celebrate International Beaver Day with a one-of-a-kind nocturnal tour at Osage Park, timed perfectly for dusk when our most elusive residents begin to stir. Led by Osage Park’s expert site managers, this guided evening walk highlights the incredible beavers who call the park home; often unseen during the day, but essential to the health of our wetlands! As true ecosystem engineers, beavers shape waterways, create habitat for countless species, and help improve water quality across the park. During this special tour, you’ll explore their active areas, learn how their work supports biodiversity, and gain a deeper appreciation for the outsized impact these animals have on our landscape. As the sun sets, listen for movement along the water, watch for signs of activity, and experience Osage Park through the eyes of the wildlife that thrives after dark! Register
ThinkWell Outdoors programs are nature hybrid schools that seek to connect children and their families back with nature, themselves, and each other through inquiry and play-based emergent education. It is an (almost) all-weather program that provides an opportunity for students to play, explore, and learn together in an outdoor environment. They will wonder and wander, get curiously creative, build connection through community, and deepen into respectful reciprocity with themselves, each other, and the land. For our Nature Explorers Program (ages 5-10): Each week we’ll explore natural science, geography, civics, and history through play, emergent learning, music, movement, STEAM activities, and wandering in nature together.
