The Coler Grove
The Coler Grove is a spacious, open-air pavilion tucked among the trees and adjacent to popular trails. It’s one of Coler’s most flexible and accessible rental spaces—ideal for community gatherings, family celebrations, wellness classes, outdoor meetings, and nature-based programs.
Features: Covered open-air pavilion, tables and chairs for up to 28 guests, four yoga platforms, workout station, water fountain
Capacity: Up to 200 guests
Parking: 48 spaces (4 ADA accessible)

The Homestead
Rustic, elegant, and full of historic character, The Homestead offers a one-acre meadow framed by two restored open-air barns—one equipped with stage lighting. Located just steps from Airship Coffee, this venue blends natural beauty with casual charm and is accessible via a short walk or ride along Coler’s paved trail system.
Features: Two open-air barns, one-acre manicured meadow, proximity to Airship Coffee, farm tables, benches, and string lights included
Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Parking: Two spaces at Coler Campground, up to five permitted vehicles with access staff
Access: Foot or bicycle only; less than 1 mile from North & South Gateway lots via Greenway Trail
Ideal For: Weddings, performances, community celebrations, outdoor ceremonies
The Campground
For groups wanting an immersive outdoor experience, the Coler Campground offers a unique overnight venue surrounded by forest and trails. With modern amenities, clean facilities, and direct access to the preserve, it’s perfect for retreats, adventure groups, education programs, and team-building weekends.
Features: Community firepit with string lights, modern bathhouse, bike wash & repair station, water refill station, direct trail access

Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a premier destination for races, festivals, and multi-day gatherings. With more than 20 miles of professionally built trails—including flow lines, cross-country routes, rock gardens, dual slalom, and the iconic flyover—Coler is an unmatched venue for high-energy outdoor events.

- Rental events must conclude by 10 PM

- We have an open catering policy. You may bring your own food & drink or hire a vendor licensed in the state of Arkansas.
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed and certified bartender.
