USA Archery Instructor Certifications
Level 1 & Level 2 Practicals
The Level 1 Instructor Certification practical prepares you to teach beginner archery programs. It focuses on range safety, foundational shooting form, equipment setup, and safe coaching practices—ideal for camps, schools, youth programs, community centers, and recreational instructors.
The Level 2 Instructor Certification practical builds on Level 1 and gives instructors the tools to teach long-term archery development and structured programs such as JOAD, Adult Archery, and collegiate teams. You’ll learn advanced coaching techniques, lesson planning, and progression strategies.
Level 1 & Level 2 participants must complete the online course and all prerequisites before attending the in-person practical.
