Coler’s Mountain Biking Intro to Cornering Class is the perfect place for you to expand your skill set. Coler's PMBIA certified instructors will walk you through all aspects of cornering - including body position, bike position, and more. This class will help provide a solid foundation for you to take your skills to the next level!

In our Cycling Nutrition Class, you'll learn how to optimize your diet for peak performance on the bike, whether you're training for long-distance endurance rides, mountain biking, or just looking to enhance your cycling experience.
This program is a two-hour nature class designed for homeschooled students ages 6-12. Objectives include learning about our watershed system, designing your own waterways, learning about the wetland ecosystem at Osage Park, discovering wildlife and their adaptations, learning the seven principles of outdoor ethics, animal shelter building, plant identification, prairie conservation, bug catching and more!
