Weekly Group Runs • 60–90 Minutes • All Levels Welcome • $125 This program is designed to help you build confidence, endurance, and trail skills so you can successfully complete the Paradise Found 5K trail run. We’ll meet once per week for 8 weeks, focusing on time on foot, trail-specific skills, and having fun outdoors. We'll meet every Wednesday morning from 6 AM to 7:30 AM from May 20 to July 8. The Paradise Found 5k is on July 11! Cost of training program includes race registration! Register

Join Yoga Story for an all-levels flow at Osage Park in the grove of cherry trees every Saturday starting June 13th through July 25th from 8:00-9:00 AM. This class is free to attend, but they encourage everyone to make donations to Havenwood, a two-year program designed to help single mothers overcome the barriers in their lives that lead to homelessness.
