Weekly Group Runs • 60–90 Minutes • All Levels Welcome • $125 This program is designed to help you build confidence, endurance, and trail skills so you can successfully complete the Paradise Found 5K trail run. We’ll meet once per week for 8 weeks, focusing on time on foot, trail-specific skills, and having fun outdoors. We'll meet every Wednesday morning from 6 AM to 7:30 AM from May 20 to July 8.
