Wildlife in the Wetlands at Osage Park
Osage Park is a wetland park that is home to many wildlife critters in Bentonville, Arkansas.
What are the wetlands?
Wetlands are a distinct ecosystem that is flooded or saturated by water, either permanently or seasonally. Osage Park’s preserved and enhanced wetland system acts as a soft infrastructure that soaks up and filters stormwater, slowly releasing it, decreasing flooding downstream, and improving water quality.
