Join us at The Quiver for our Youth Barebow archery competition, The Quiver 300! Whether you are new to the sport or have been practicing for years, The Quiver 300 will give youth archers the opportunity to experience an outdoor competition. The competition will be divided into age and bow categories.
Ages 8 to 17 years old youth may register. Must be in the age category by the day of the competition. Ages will be divided into groups to compete in:
- 8-12 years old
- 13-14 years old
- 15-17 years old
Further division by equipment type:
- Barebow
- Basic/Simple Compound
Awards of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in every Class/Division category. Awards will not be monetary.
Targets: 80cm targets with paper faces will be placed at 15 and 20 Meters.
Ends: Archers will shoot one practice end and three scoring ends at each distance. 5 arrows per end.
Fees:
- $20 competition fee
- $20 Range use fee (covered by membership)
The Quiver 600
Join us at The Quiver for our in-house archery competition, The Quiver 600! Whether you are new to the sport or have been practicing for years, The Quiver 600 will give archers the opportunity to experience an outdoor competition. The competition will be divided into class (age) and Division (bow categories).
All Ages may register. Must be in the age category by the day of the competition. May only compete in one class. Ages will be divided into classes to compete in:
- Youth: 8-12 years old
- Teen: 13-17 years old
- Senior: Adults-18+
- Master’s 50+: 50 years of age and over
Divisions (equipment type):
- Compound w/ sights
- Recurve w/ sights
- Barebow
- Simple/Basic Compound
Target Sizes
- Targets will be 80cm paper faces
- Compound – 6 rings
- Barebow, Simple Compound and Recurve – 10 rings
Distances: All archers shoot 20 arrows at 30 meters, 40 meters, and finally 50 meters.
Ends: Archers will shoot one practice end and four scoring ends at each distance. 5 arrows per end.
Flight time will be assigned via email, after registration ends, no later than 3 days prior to the competition.
Awards of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded for each Class/Division category. Awards will not be monetary.
