REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2025
CREATE & SUBMIT SHOOTS
- Information for your FIRST shoot must be submitted by March 1, 2025
- All other shoots must be submitted by May 1, 2025
- All shoots must take place between April 1, 2025 & May 31, 2025
- Set your own shoot price for participants ($15-$25 recommended)
- SAAT shoots can be combined with your existing shoots

HOST SHOOTS & PROMOTE TOURNAMENT
- Advertise shoots
- Hang SAAT banner
- Provide a safe range
- Ensure SAAT format guidelines are followed
- Print, collect, stamp, and submit SAAT score cards
- Optional: provide awards for shoots
- Encourage SAAT participation
- Host as many shoots as you want!
ATTEND AWARDS NIGHT
- Invite local archers to attend Awards Night
- Donate an item for Awards Night door prize
